Ribston has acquired the heritable interest at Prestonfield Park, Edinburgh, a prime multi-let industrial estate located approximately two miles to the south east of Edinburgh city centre.
Prestonfield Park is a welcomed addition to our existing multi-let industrial assets in Scotland; Oakbank Industrial Estate, Glasgow and Causewayside, Edinburgh.
Ribston has purchased Bridge Works, Elland Road, Leeds. The property extends to 23,699 sq ft on a 2.13 acre high profile site, let in it’s entirety to Saint-Gobain t/a Gibbs & Dandy Builders Merchants. Located two miles to the south of Leeds city centre and close to the motorway network, this is our third purchase this summer.

Ribston has recently completed the acquisition of Two prime units at Gelderd Road, Leeds. The tenant is Clipper Logistics PLC, which operates a contract for supermarket operator Morrisons from the buildings, which extends to 90,464 sq ft.
Along with the recent acquisition at 233-256 Causewayside, Edinburgh. The two acquisitions were made at a gross cost of £12.25m and combine to provide an initial yield of 5.1%.

Ribston has acquired the heritable interest at Causewayside, Edinburgh, a multi-let industrial estate located 1.5 miles from the city centre. This is the fourth acquisition in Scotland and is a welcomed addition to the UK wide portfolio.
